OpioidCalc is an independent iOS and Android app for clinicians who need a quick way to calculate OME and compare opioid regimens.

Opioid conversion references are not always close to hand. OpioidCalc puts the calculation, medicine details and important cautions in one place.
Updates and corrections
OpioidCalc is created and maintained by E2 Apps in Australia. To report a problem, send the medicine, route or formulation and the source you would like checked.
Sources and maintenance
The medicine pages use the app's source catalogue and conversion-factor data. Each available pharmacology statement includes its source, relevant population, applicability and limitations.
Source revision dates and review dates recorded in the app are shown separately. A website data update does not mean every clinical statement has been reviewed again.
